Mainzer Strasse
In the southern part of Hannover, opposite the Bismarck railway station, we carefully revitalized the former social hotspot. The challenge: to bring back the high-rise building from the 1950s which had lost its original look in the 1980s. Poor energy values and a low quality of living were the result.
Cozy residential units with a view
After intensive planning, the goal was solidified: the building was to regain its look from the 1950s. The original appearance was renvisioned in parts and restored after extensive deconstruction. In addition, we brought new technology into it‘s historical shell. The result: a building with boarding house character, where residents can feel comfortable and at home.
